in Goal

While we feel anxiety, we often do not consider that we can reach goals. How can we reach goals when we fear that whatever we want to do might fail?

If you are a victim of anxiety and of low self-esteem, chances are that you don't even want to have goals.

Goals are important in life. From being a victim to becoming a winner, is one goal. It is a goal which you can achieve. However, you need to change your self-talk. You need to change the way you think.

Try to replace every negative thought by a positive thought. Every negative word by a positive word. This is like a game. It is fun. You will find it a bit difficult at the beginning. Once you have started doing it, you will see its value and benefits. And it will no longer be difficult.

Once your mindset is more positive you can think of your goals. The first goal is certainly to easily change from negative thinking to positive thinking. Set this goal and others that come to your mind. Goals that are important to you. Then write them down. Don't listen to what other people tell you or what they think about what you are doing.

You will do this fun-job for your own well being.

Then, with your goals set, state a date. By that date you will have reached your goal. For each of your goals you state a date.

You will see how your progress in improving your life can be fun and will give you a lot of satisfaction. Figure out what you have to improve in your thinking and self-talk. Figure out, what you need to do to reach your goals. Make sure that your goals are big and challenging. This means that you have to stretch yourself. Keep your aim in mind.

Commit to it. You will be able to control your anxiety. Your self-esteem will raise dramatically.

Commitment means to stick to one's own promise, to one's goals. So it's up to you.
